RETURNS


For defective or incorrectly delivered items, please contact Customer Services by completing the following online return form. Complete this form as soon as the problem is detected, or at least within 7 days of having received your delivery.

When an item is returned to us, we will check it as per the above. If these conditions have been met, the item will be replaced or a refund will be made for the purchase price, excluding postage and packaging charges.

When returning a product please use the original shipping box and packaging materials ensuring that your product is wrapped securely. Make sure you include your name and address and the order number so we can identify the parcel on receipt. Please ensure you get Proof of Delivery and Proof of Postage for your return, failure to have a POD could result in you not receiving a refund.

7 DAY WARNING
For products not included in the I-Luminess 30 Day Offer, please note you have 7 days to return unwanted products to us.  If you have the TV Deal Product (30 day guarantee)  , the product must be back with us WITHIN 30 Days of receiving your order. If you are over this period we cannot accept your return.

Return your item, you must email into us at info@luminessair.co.uk to receive a unique Returns Authorisation Code. Any products returned to our warehouse without this unique Authorisation Code will not be accepted or refunded.
